Choose the right hose

Three things decide whether a hose fits the job. Get these right and it will serve you for years.

Start with the job

Air, water, pressure washing and fuel transfer each need a different hose. Pick the application first, then narrow down.
Pick the length and diameter

Measure to the farthest point you need to reach and add some slack. A wider hose carries more flow, and a longer run loses some pressure along the way.
Match pressure and fittings

Choose a hose rated above your machine's maximum PSI, and check that the fittings match your equipment before you order.
